Do I get my money back if I’m not satisfied with the supplied digital imagery or colour consulting?
If you are not satisfied with any product that you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. We will only provide a refund if the product is not up to standard and this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
What if I upload a picture that's not usable for a digital image?
We will contact you to send us another picture. After we receive the new picture we will deliver the digital image within two working days
I ordered a colour consultation and want to add a digital render later, do I still get the package price?
We cannot apply the package deal if you don’t order the package deal directly.
Will the colours in my colour consultation document and digital imagery be exactly the same as in my house or renovation project?
Light (natural and artificial), different materials and screen settings can influence and change the colour's appearance. We strongly advise using a sample to confirm if the colour looks the same when applied. Imago is not responsible for any paint that is applied and does not match the colour examples.
